Click on the phrase - CLICK HERE TO BE TAKEN TO THE REGISTRATION PAGE.
Fill in all fields. Enter your name and membership number exactly as it appears on your statement.
All member numbers need to consist of 5 numerals, so enter the appropriate number of zeros at the beginning of your number. If it is a spouse member number, you must enter all numerals followed by the letter A.
You can now create your password.
